Southern Kingdom /Camelot K9 and/or its employees accountable for any injury that may occur as a result of pool activity. I hereby fully and forever release, waives, discharges and covenants not to sue Southern Kingdom and its employees from any claims, demands, damages, rights of action or causes of action present or future, whether the same be known or unknown, anticipated or unanticipated, resulting from or arising out of my use or intended use of the pool and premises. I fully and forever release and discharge Southern Kingdom / Camelot K9 and its employees from any and all negligent acts and omissions in the same.

I understand all of the following rules, procedures and policies and will hereby fully and forever follow all instructions by Southern Kingdom / Camelot K9 in order to use the dock diving pool.

1. No Children on the dock, except for Junior handlers, must show proof of being a Junior Handler, No Children left unsupervised in area around the dock. This is new Insurance regulation.

2. Please potty your dog prior to entering the facility.

3. In pool area, it is your responsibility to be aware of the dog and human in front of you and behind you, keeping your dog out of reach of all others. (You must be in control of your dog at all times.)

4. Female dogs in heat are only allowed to pool or in pool area.

5. No running on pool deck.

6. All dogs will remain on lead for instruction.

7. Only one dog may be off lead at a time

8. Only positive training methods are allowed.

9. No abusive treatment of dogs including any harsh corrections or collar jerks will be permitted.

10. No pushing or pulling the dog up the stairs or into the pool. (The dog must go in on its own accord or willingness).

11. No throwing the dog into the pool to get him/her used to the sport.

12. You must provide all towels if you wish to dry off your dog.

13. You must provide all appropriate throw toys for your dog.

14. Your pet must be current with the following required vaccinations and provide proof: rabies and distemper.

15. Southern Kingdom and/or its employees retain the right to ask anyone not following the set rules, policies, procedures or instructions to leave the pool and/or premises.

16. Southern Kingdom and/or it's employees retain the right to ask anyone not following the set of rules, policies, procedures or instructions to

leave the pool.

17. All waivers must be completed and signed prior to any participation.

DOGS MUST BE ON LEASH AT ALL TIMES WHEN NOT ON THE DOCK! FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN ASKING YOU TO LEAVE THE PREMISIS.

We have lifestock that occasionally gets out, this is also for the protection of other dogs awaiting their turn on the dock.

I have carefully read this Release and Waiver of Liability, understand and fully agree with its contents.
